Periodontist, Dr. Truman Johnson, offers periodontal services ranging from dental implants and cosmetic periodontal surgery, to tissue grafting, crown lengthening, and treating periodontal disease/gum disease. 

Many of our patients are referred by their dentist or dental specialist,
however a formal referral is not needed.

Periodontal health is important because the gums and bone are the foundation for your teeth.
Also, the inflammation associated with gum disease has been linked with other health concerns such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Insurance

Many patients ask if we "take their insurance." 
Insurance plans vary greatly, but many plans provide periodontal benefits regardless of network status and we can work with you to help estimate your "out-of-pocket" costs.
